Security and Confidentiality: Our Top Priority

At RedSmite, the protection of data and the confidentiality of our clients' information are the cornerstones of our trusted relationship. We have established a rigorous working ecosystem to ensure the highest level of security at every stage of our projects.

A Strict Contractual Framework: All our collaborators, whether employees or contractors, are bound by contracts that include extensive confidentiality and data protection clauses. In accordance with our service agreement model, this obligation of absolute discretion remains in effect for a period of five (5) years after the end of our collaboration.
A Controlled Work Environment: To prevent any risk and ensure optimal security, our operations are primarily conducted on our private premises and on our dedicated, secure network infrastructure. This physical setup does not in any way hinder the autonomy of our freelance partners, who remain in control of organizing their working time to achieve the set objectives.
An Obligation of Restitution: At the end of each mission, our collaborators commit to returning all documents and work materials and to not retain any copies, thereby ensuring that our clients' sensitive information never leaves the defined perimeter.

Code of Conduct and Client Data Access

Our clients' trust relies on the impeccable management of access to their information. Every Redsmite collaborator commits to adhering to the following rules without exception:

Exclusive Use of Validated Tools: Only software and platforms approved by Redsmite are authorized for any professional activity, ensuring a secure and controlled work environment.
Client-Controlled Access: We operate in our clients' environments using access credentials they provide and control. The client retains full control over permissions at all times and can revoke them.
Respect for the Contractual Scope: When developing custom solutions, the only data handled is the client's business data, the processing of which is strictly governed by our service agreement.
Incident Management: Any anomaly, doubt, or security incident, however minor, must be reported immediately to management for a swift and transparent response.
Personal Security Discipline: Every collaborator is required to follow basic security best practices, such as locking their work session when away from their desk.

The intellectual property of the creations is systematically transferred to the client at the end of the mission. It is understood that our partners retain full ownership of their pre-existing tools and know-how, while granting the client the necessary usage rights for the deliverables to function.
